Return Process

Bring your device and receipt to any PEP Cell branch nationwide to initiate the assessment process with one of our cellular specialists.
- 3.Technical Assessment
Our team will inspect the hardware and software to verify any defects or ensure the item is in resalable condition for a change-of-mind return.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will process your exchange for a new unit or issue a refund via the original payment method used for the transaction.
